“It’s a really important space to learn about other countries and other cultures and other traditions,” said Pilar Equez to the Daily Illini last year at the event’s pilot on the central Quad.

This year, travel the tented area between Everitt Lab and the Engineering Hall to check out booths representing different nationalities and cultures from around the world. Have a culturally rounded morning getting to meet new people and broaden your cultural horizons. Try a dish, join in a dance, learn about a culture, and most importantly, get a stamp in your *Travel Around the World passport* to win prizes! (they look like real passports!)
